Pediatric primary nocturnal enuresis is a common urinary system disease with a high incidence and a protracted, recurrent course in pediatric clinical practice. Its pathogenesis is complex and involves multidisciplinary fields such as neurodevelopment, endocrinology, psychological and behavioral science, and urologic surgery. It has long troubled affected children and their families, seriously affecting children’s physical and mental health, growth and development, and quality of life, and it is also a common disease of key concern in pediatric clinical diagnosis and treatment.

To promote standardized and well-regulated development in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric primary nocturnal enuresis, and to build a high-end exchange platform for academic connectivity and mutual learning among pediatricians at home and abroad, the “Pediatric Primary Nocturnal Enuresis Physicians’ Academic Salon,” hosted by the Beijing Association for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Education, will be held on October 17, 2026 in a hybrid offline and online format. Grounded in the frontiers of pediatric diagnosis and treatment development at home and abroad, this salon will focus on key topics such as the top-level design of tiered diagnosis and treatment for pediatric nocturnal enuresis and implementation models at the primary level, and will provide in-depth interpretations of authoritative diagnostic and treatment guidelines from China and abroad. The conference will adopt diverse formats, including thematic presentations by experts in the field and academic dialogues, to deeply integrate cutting-edge academic achievements and high-quality clinical practice experience from home and abroad, broaden the professional diagnostic and treatment horizons of young and middle-aged physicians, and address gaps in specialty diagnosis and treatment and system development.
